门卫非常友好,耐心引导你到check in办公室,我是11:30到的,工作人员说是休息时间,让我12:30回来,可是我12:30回来时他又说是1:00pm,到1:00我再问又说要1:30,让人脑火,只能给差评了。

I can't say enough good things about this company, their customer service and their drivers! If you have a choice of the logistics company you use, please give them a try! I've had two drivers and both went above and beyond to help during my delivery. Friendly, thoughtful and helpful. These drivers seem to really love their job and it shows in the commitment to getting the job done and done well! I've also had to speak to the office a few times because the company I made a purchase through was being a bit evasion. XPO constantly checked the status for me, kept me informed, and even provided a call when the driver was close!

No stars wasn't an option so that's an issue. XPO couldn't possibly be run by fully functional adults. I suspect my 8 year old is more on it that these people. Ordered a fridge from Samsung and it was supposed to be delivered today. Delivery window came and went. Called them to be put on hold for close to 20 minutes when I refused to "get an email back in 24/48 hours".

Finally I was told a truck broke down. Come on XPO, a single truck broke down and you don't have logistics in place to handle that situation? I have never seen a more horribly run shipping partner. I will never buy another freaking thing from Samsung - or any other retailer that ships through XPO.

It is so obvious they have issues with scheduling or the lack of knowing how or following throught with there appointments. Especially after 7 attemps 3 appointments to drop off item & 4 appointments to pickup. Each time they schedule an appointment it was always cancelled and rescheduled so frustrating! Annoying when you take time off only for delivery/pickup to get cancelled or for them to say/ask, "you are not on schedule today" or "are you sure you had/made an appointment for today?"

XPO Logistics botched our delivery TWICE! Still no fridge after they rescheduled twice and after we emptied out our refrigerator and freezer anticipating their arrival TWICE. XPO’s “Delivery window” email listed delivery from “7am - 7pm” versus being told by LG that someone would call us the night before delivery with an estimated 4-hour window as well as another call on delivery day confirming the 4-hour delivery window. Never received those calls for either of the two booked deliveries and there was no way of reaching the delivery crew - even XPO said they were not able to reach the crew once they were on the road. The “track your delivery“ link opened up to a map that showed absolutely no progress from the warehouse all day. And when they finally called it was to tell me they were 15 minutes away (making me scramble to unload our entire refrigerator and freezer for the 2nd time into makeshift ice chests), only to be told at the door that they didn’t know there were more than 10 steps to our front stairs and that they needed to reschedule delivery with a 3rd person. The order process never asked how many steps we had. Even worse, XPO customer service made no attempt to make things right - e.g. come back in an hour with a third person (XPO warehouse is a 13 minute drive from our home), or to reschedule for the next day with an extra person – nothing. Instead I was just told, “this is how it’s going to work” - the 2-man crew would be returning the refrigerator/freezer to the warehouse, at which point the warehouse system would have to generate a new delivery invoice through its queue (as-in, we would be put back last in line for the second time), and only then would XPO contact its moving crew subcontractor to find out when the next 3-4 person crew would be available to deliver for XPO. BUT, since the usual daily crew is only 2 people, we would need to wait even longer for enough 3-4 person required jobs to accumulate to fill a full day of delivery bookings. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that she would “email him“ and he would give me a call back in the next day or two. I was told this, by the way, after telling her that I had to leave town for work in 3 days. XPO Logistics, Inc. is surprisingly unprofessional. It’s very poorly run and has horrible customer service. Despite the hours of wasted time XPO had caused us, the customer service person at XPO had the nerve to tell me that she’d already been on the phone with me for 15 minutes (exaggeration) and that she needed to get to other customers!?

I am astonished this company exists. Their website said 'due to no contact with customer, delivery is rescheduled for two weeks later. I wasn't contacted nor no call/email/text was sent. Then I get a call 5 min prior to delivery saying either they deliver or I have to pick up. Communication was terrible, website no help, tracking number was not accurate. HOW can this company exist in a modern tech-savy world? Ive dealt with terrible delivery companies but this one takes the cake for dropping the ball at every turn. My package was also delivered damaged and now I have to deal with them AGAIN to get another unit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE.

Scheduled delivery was for Monday 6/8 between 3-7, called at 5pm on the delivery day and was told that my Mattresses didn’t make on the truck. Had to reschedule and was told that XPO only delivers in my area Monday and Tuesday. I ask for Tuesday 6/9 but was told that it is to late to schedule for tomorrow. The earliest day possible is 6/15. Asked if I could pick it up and was told no. So now I wait for another week and hope it makes it on the truck otherwise I’ll have to wait another week because they don’t get it on the truck on Monday they can’t get on the truck Tuesday.

I've had a really horrible experience with XPO trying to deliver/install a dishwasher purchased through Best Buy. They have now missed two separate installation appointments, where I've had to sit around for 4-hour windows. When I spoke to the scheduling service about this, they just laughed at me. Avoid this company if you possibly can.
