I really liked the look when a gf had shutters installed by R & B in her home so I decided to go talk with Barb about choices for ours. It started with the living room which lead to installation in the kitchen and dining room, then the study and master bedroom, followed by the game room. I am waiting for my last estimate for the upstairs bedrooms. The shutters changed the look of our home entirely. I really like the split louvers that Michael suggested. Also, we have builder grade windows and the shutters have made a HUGE difference by keeping the cold out in the winter and the heat out in the summer. Finally, Chris has always done our installations and he does a wonderful job.

When I went into R & B for my shutters, I thought I knew what I wanted. But after talking with Barb and showing her my room and the crazy size and angles of my windows, she helped me pick the perfect wooden shutters. I’m so glad she did! I love the flexibility of all the ways I can open/close my shutters. Also, I was so glad I could exactly color match my Sherwin Williams trim paint. I get so many compliments on my windows. I’m waiting to get new windows in the front of my house and you can bet I will be returning to R & B to cover them.

We have used R&B Window Fashions for 2 properties now (condo and house) and have been very pleased with their level of service each time. Gary and the team in the store are excellent, patient, relaxed and never have a heavy sales attitude. They are informative, provide different options, allow you to take samples home and always give you time to make your own decisions. At install, we have found Gary to be efficient and very Knowledgeable about the product setup, and patient to teach you how to use phone apps, remotes, etc. All round it has always been an excellent experience and we recommend them.

After years of procrastinating we finally updated our pull cord blinds with remote controlled shades and couldn’t be more satisfied.
After visiting the store (LOTS of choices!) and choosing the shades we wanted Gary came to our home with fabric samples. Gary was VERY patient. His suggestions were invaluable - we would have made an expensive mistake if not for Gary’s experienced advice.

Our shades arrived earlier than expected. R and B Window Fashions were flexible and accommodating when scheduling installation.

We are VERY happy with and about the entire experience. We found R and B Window Fashions extremely easy to work with. They worked with our budget and did not try to up sell or persuade in any way. We felt very comfortable and respected, their pricing is competitive, instillation was seamless and they followed up after our shades were installed to see if we had any questions.

Working to get cordless blinds ordered with them was so easy. They ordered the wrong sizes. Like WAY wrong. NEVER CALLED US TO COMMUNICATE. We had to call for every update. It took almost 6 weeks before we had blinds. When we were told the following monday we'd have them. Don't go here if you want communication and truthfulness.

Poor Customer Service. No follow up. Went in looking for a window solution for an awkward large window in our garage of our new home. The lady seemed more interested in doing anything else but dealing with us. When she finally got up & talked to us she said she had a solution for us & her son would contact us. The son did not call back after several days, I called & left a message. The son got back to me, asked some questions. Then he spoke with my husband who gave him measurements. We have not heard back from the son.

We went to another place & now have blinds on 3 large windows & the one on the garage window will be installed in a couple weeks. So the no follow up cost them thousands of dollars in business.
