Working with K&R was a horrible experience and happy I didn’t go with her to do my full wedding as originally planned and she was just my planner simply due to already paying her the planning fee And I honestly wish I would’ve just lost that deposit as hefty as it was because keeping her on my team only ended up costing me more… because anything I needed help with she charged me additional fees for which was crazy. I found a Designer who brought my wedding dream to life for LESS than half of what K&R tried to charge me 🙂 (see pictures) … which is proof that she is over charging for services she is supposedly providing. hiring vendors are more expensive when she is listed as your wedding planner because they pay her a percentage to refer them… I paid her a hefty fee (five figures) to basically be my day of coordinator and nothing I asked of her got done having her just cause unnecessary stress and to top it off she stole from me a lot … till this day idk what happened to my 34 bottles of belaire I gave her to place on the guests tables (Guest made it clear there were no bottles and pictures and Videos confirmed which is crazy) and she couldn’t provide me with no explanation and tried to blame everyone under the sun but herself… I can go on forever I’d have to write an essay to Explain all of the messed up things she did to me but all in all save yourself the hassle and trouble she holds no integrity, she’s simply money hungry and for sure just a liability taking advantage of the Haitian community.

Unrealistic Pricing for Budget-Minded Couples

While the owner of K & R One Stop Bridal Shop is knowledgeable and kind, my fiancé and I found the pricing for our wedding to be significantly higher than expected, even after we removed several services and outsourced them elsewhere. Packages offered lacked transparency with detailed breakdowns of itemized billing made it difficult to control costs effectively.

Communication was also a concern. Important details, such as a switch in our photographer/videographer, weren't communicated to us beforehand.

Additionally, there were mistakes like receiving the wrong payment agreement. This led us to believe the owner might be overbooked, managing too many clients at once, which further resulted in impersonal service and communication lapses. Having more staff could potentially alleviate these issues.

Despite the owner's expertise, the unclear pricing structure and communication problems make it difficult for me to recommend K & R One Stop Bridal Shop to couples planning a budget-friendly wedding. This company might be a good fit for brides and grooms with larger budgets, but for those seeking a cost-effective option, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

There's always drama at weddings but mine almost turned into a complete mess.
Long story short, I was at the hotel with my bridal party, close family, my future Husband and the girls and I were waiting to get our makeup done but guess what, my makeup artist was running over an hour behind the scheduled time. On top of everything else going on with my mom, dad being sick and all, my sister got sick right before the wedding. So imagine the stress!
But thankfully, K&R got me covered. She was there for me and my Husband and my Family in every step of the way from the moment we first walked in her office to the day we said "I do" and so on. She was there to comfort me when I was ready to give all up. In my personal experience, Kerline is not just a wedding planner, she was like a praying mother, counselor, sister & friend to me. She would go above and beyond to please you, to satisfy your needs and make your day beautiful as ever.
Now this goes to all future brides and everyone else looking forward to get married, please guys do yourself a favor and put GOD first then Go with K&R for your big day. I guarantee y'all won't be disappointed. Also she doesn't pay me for advertisement or whatsoever, it's a FACT. "K&R" will blow your mind? Period!!!
