Ralph and Peter were wonderful to deal with. We had a different company initially come in but to make along story short we had a need to change after the tarp they placed on the roof leaked through our ceiling (due to the multiple holes and inability to place the tarp correctly by the first contractor. Along with many other issues.

I-Con was right there to help us after the original project went sideways. Ralph came over right after the call and did a walk through. He gave us an estimate and spent time explaining what would happen and why. I feel this is something I don't usually get from most companies. Both were in constant communication with us and answering more questions that we had thought of after the initial meeting. Less than two days later their crew was at the house (right on time), very polite and went right to work. Watching them work was more like well directed movie, in that they worked well together to accomplish the task. Once completed they cleaned up the area and told us they were leaving. I was amazed at the result. I no longer had to worry about the water falling from the ceiling on the new floors. It was wonderful to find a company that cares about the customer.
