Super convenient and incredible customer service. I love that I can easily book an appointment online and make any last minute changes via phone. The workers there are always so friendly and helpful. I religiously get my wax done by my wax specialist Judy. She’s knowledgeable and very careful when waxing me. Judy is the best.

LOVE this EWC!! I highly recommend them if you work a 8-5 or 9-6. You can go in before work and make it out on time. I've experienced a few great techs here, however, my ALL TIME Favorite is Jazzmyne. Not only is she quick she is thorough and always lets me know what deals are happening each week/month. She is friendly and always pleasant. Give her a try and I am sure you will love her like I do.

I have been a loyal customer to European Wax Center and I am one to find a good professional to continue to book my appointments with. If you want to feel comfortable and have a great experience, book your appointments with Julie! She is absolutely amazing and such a kind person! Very professional and is always very pleasant to be around.

My wax specialist, Julie, did an amazing job on my bikini wax. She gave me an informative rundown of the process, informed me before applying any wax or pressure and informed me before removing any wax, and maintained conversation with me throughout the whole process. She even gave me fantastic recommendations on how to better prepare my bikini line for my next scheduled appointment. I felt comfortable with her from start to finish, and left feeling even more confident!
At the front desk, I believe his name was Jeremiah. He was so kind and inviting. Amazing customer service 🙂
I didn’t get every employee’s name during my appointment but they were all truly lovely and you can tell they make a cohesive team! Thank you all!

Reiko is the best! She is professional and created a sense of calm during my visit. It was an almost painless situations for my sensitive skin. Reiko provided advice to care for my skin before the next appointment. I also love that Kendall setup the next appointment before I stepped out the door.

I absolutely love this EWC! I’ve been to a few different wax specialist at this location but this time was the best! JAZZMYNE was amazing!!! She was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable she was so thorough and made sure she got everything. I will be going to her from here on out.
