I recently had the pleasure of visiting the El Salvador Consulate, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Customer Service:
The staff at the consulate were incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and provided clear, concise information about the services available. Their willingness to assist and answer all my questions was truly commendable. It’s evident that they are dedicated to providing top-notch service to everyone who walks through their doors.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Process was a renewal of a DUI and a power of attorney. All completed in time - person helping was very professional.

The people at the embassy were really friendly, but the service is awful. They are under staff which one legal service takes more time that it really needs. In my experience one lady was checking people in , same lady answering calls Infront of me while doing my process in the computer (DUI) . Very unprofessional. There is no personal privacy as she was asking me questions while talking at the phone and helping other staff members.
Overall , I believe they can do better by respecting every Salvadorian that takes time to visit them and in a more professional way, with respect and privacy.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and respectful.
The best part is that they help everyone with guidance and way finding no matter how busy they are.

The staff at the Salvadoran consulate is very friendly and courteous but l think when they take the DUI picture they should be more careful. Mine came out all black.

El personal es amable y cortes, pero cuando toman la foto para el DUI Deben de tener màs cuidado. Mi foto salió negra.

I called Embassy in Toronto for information about acquiring my DUI in Canada, so I could vote in elections in 2024. The lady I spoke to was borderline rude. And I didn’t get much help from her. I tried the embassy in Ottawa, and it was a much better experience. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and helpful. He even followed up with me a by phone a few days later to ensure I had found the answer to my concerns.
