Terrible organización, en la peor entidad en México hay más orden y esperas menos tiempo, uno creería que por estar en el extranjero habría más gente capacitada en estos puestos pero desafortunadamente la realidad deja mucho que desear, sería bueno que contrataran a algún agente americano que aquí en su país ofrece mejor servicio y eficaz. Es día de elecciones hay gente desde las 8 de la mañana y no ha votado

Caring, patient, understanding, just great!
We got our ID and passport within 4 hours though our paperwork was lacking!
Maria C.:Was an amazingly passionate speaker and gave us an uplifting speech about our rights in spite of our FL governor’s new rule!

El servicio cuando llegamos muy bien, la señora que abrió la puerta muy amable hasta ahí todo iba bien ya que ella nos indicó que entráramos con la persona que está en la computadora al entrar la puerta, esa mujer no tiene educación es una malcriada estaba sólo checando sus redes sociales, uno va y le hace preguntas y le contesta de mala gana si no está contenta con su trabajo cámbiala por una persona más amable que si quiera trabajar,se nota que no tiene educación no sabe ni contestar las preguntas que uno le hace, fue la única queja que tengo de ahí en fuera todo estuvo muy bien muy amables, aquí voy a poner la foto de la persona es la mujer de la camisa color vino.

Take for ever come with a lot of time!!! Like 8:00am-5pm no joke!!! Aqui ahi que ponerse trucha vivo inteligente por qué si no…. Tendrás que regresar otro día…. El problema que quieren Hacer 20 cosas a la vez para eso se necesita destreza o tener un súper poder… están hablando contigo y entran dos más en la conversación!!! SEÑOR@S trabajadores una cosa a la VEZ… y así evitan pérdida de PAPELES y TIEMPO ETCÉTERA…. Trucha con sus papeles q se lo dan a otra persona sin querer queriendo!!!

Last week I went for my Temporary Residence Visa. The service and people were just amazing. 10:00 AM Appointment was taken at 10:02. I had all my paperwork in order with all information in order. I was approved in about one hour and the Visa was ready to pickup the next day. Truly the best experience I have ever had in my life with any Government office, nothing like the USA. I have travel to 88 countries in my life and will be calling Mexico my new life, a country of great Family Values and wonderful people. Something we have lost in the USA. I have adopted Family in Guadalajara, my new home town. There were about 100 people waiting, all smiles, everyone greetings each other sharing food and water. I'm very proud of the management and representatives, this has always been my experience with Mexico, loving and caring people.

TERRIBLE service from Mrs: Martha most of the time she is on her cellphone texting she takes her time and also when you pay make sure to bring the the exact amount because she tells all most everybody she doesn’t have change ( I owe you $2 dollars ) they only accept cash they should have change This place is a JOKE .
Also they don’t have a Big Photo of the president

This place is dirty they should have people to maintain this place clean..
I did the process to get my passport they told me is going be ready after 1pm BUT they lied they just wanted you to be there because they have a meeting or speech and they need people to be able to record and take pictures for social media after the speech then they gave out the passport .

Sería una buena idea tener un pequeño parque para los niños y algunas bancas en los alrededores porqué siempre se ven muchas familias afuera y niños aburridos

We visited the consulate to process a document. This time the service was amazing! They are super organized now and everything went smoothly, excellent customer service, and very friendly and fast service. AMAZING service!

Staff are friendly and once you get called for your process everything is fine and it moves very fast. The one issue is that they are not organized, even with an appointment, you have to sit and wait until you are called. They were late and they call your appointment time with a low voice so you have to be on the front. Other than that, staff are friendly, but they do need much more organization.
