Today I had right knee surgery to remove pieces of cartilage and shave some minuscus. I have often been in serious pain and swelling because of it and very limited in what I could. Dr. Padgett, in 20 minutes completed the procedure. I received prescriptions for pain and don't even need aspirin. I am so thoroughly impressed with Dr. Padgett and his entire staff as well as all the folks at the Winter Haven Ambulatory Surgery Center. Thank you so much!!

My dad has so far had two visits here and both times were with Katie. 100% recommend her and this office. She is extremely caring , knowledgeable and clearly explains your options and the pros and cons of those options. Also, just to add office staff very friendly and helpful as well.

Doctors were great but the receptionist absolutely terrible withheld a form I gave them that only needed two signatures and yet they held on to it for over two weeks. This form is so I can get paid by my employer while I'm out of work. I have a broken leg and I can't do anything and now I don't even know if I'm going to get paid since they withheld the form for so long. Absolutely terrible. Super disrespectful, zero out of 10 will never be going back or will never be suggesting anybody to that doctor's office. Feel sorry for the doctor cuz the doctor was really nice. I'm pretty sure the reception's name was Tammy

I agree Dr. Padgett is a great surgeon. Although the post surgical support was terrible.
Following shoulder repair and a nerve block that wore off the evening of surgery, I contacted the after hrs. Service begging for a call back and guidance for my pain. It was unbearable. I called twice and the answering service said they can't make the office call me. 830 am the next day, I received a called. I called the office manager no call back. They refused to acknowledge issues in post op treatment.

Last year in April, I saw Dr Padgett for the first time. I was very impressed from the start not only with Dr. Padgett but also with his staff. He is very direct as to what options you have to fix the problem. In May he did surgery on my shoulder. My problem turned out worse than what he originally thought as it didn't show up on the MRI. He explained what he found, how he fixed it and what limitations I had. I have had several follow-ups after the surgery with him and his Physician Assistant Amanda. Very professional and competent but also caring and compassionate. Highly recommend!

I came to Dr Padgett with a BADLY shred Rotator Cuff at age 62. Dr Padgett performed the surgery February 8th, 2021. I followed ALL of his instructions, along with faithfully attending physical therapy next door to his office. My shoulder is doing MUCH better than anticipated both by Dr Padgett and myself! I highly recommend him! His staff is fabulous also! You won't be disappointed!

Where the anesthesiologist kinda "got on my nerve" a little bit, Larry and staff did a great job repairing my shoulder injury, including both pre, and post op. Office is clean and well organized. Staff members are professional and friendly. I had a large tear which resulted in several entry points. No one can tell I even had surgery. So, great job cosmetically as well. I recommend Larry and posse for arthroscopic surgery.

5 stars aren't enough to rate how top-notch Dr. Padgett is. He is a highly skilled surgeon, AND he has a caring bedside manner. He actually listens to what the patient says. How rare is that! He asked about my lifestyle (professional musician) and we discussed how the surgery would affect my piano playing and other very physical activities. I went to Dr. Padgett after a disappointing experience at Florida Medical Clinic in Tampa, and I am glad I did. He was worth the drive. His PA, Amanda Siebel, is also highly competent and was there during my surgery. Thank you Dr. Padgett!
