After contacting several business that offer towing services due to an unexpected emergency, the only company able to accomplish the distance of the tow (~35 mi.) was Revis Towing.

When explaining to their dispatch what was needed, they were polite, actively listening, and was able to describe/answer all questions I had at that time.

When scheduling the towing time, Revis Towing was accommodating to my schedule as well as timely with service. The Tow Truck Operator sent was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and creatively skilled as the vehicle being towed was overly weighed down and barely ran.

Overall, the experience of working with them was hassle and frustration free. Service was skilled and timely. Employees were kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely work with them again for any future towing/recovery needs.

Not sure why there are so many low ratings. Only thing I can figure is people drink and drive or for another reason get there car/truck impounded. Then go in with a chip on there shoulder that it's everyone else's problem that they were an idiot. Anyway my Isuzu NPR 16foot box truck overheated and blew a head gasket. I was in a parking lot in downtown Groveland at night on a Friday, so I decided to get an uber home to South Orlando which cost me about $160 and decided to leave the truck till a weekday. Looking up tow companies in Groveland I saw Revis and I drove out and meet the owner in person. I told him my issue and that I didn't have the funds at the moment. I was figuring a 4 or 500 dollar tow was on the books for a medium duty tow all the way to South Orlando. I was extremely surprised with there willingness to work with me and blown away with the final cost of the tow coming in less than double the cost of the uber. Very professional, very clean equipment, and they towed my truck properly with a correct size truck. When my truck was dropped off the driver made sure I was happy and he answered all my questions. My wife wanted me to also say for a work shop they had a spotless bathroom. Lol. Thanks guys for helping us with a stressful situation it was very appreciated.

Got stuck in sand on Sullivan Road in Clermont. After a failed attempt to winch me out by Clermont Towing, Scott from Revis saved the day. Clermont Towing got horribly stuck trying to get to me, so Revis actually ended up getting them out first, then me. The price he told me initially was what I paid, and got there when he said he would. He is a man of few words and not the most outgoing, but he was committed to helping and shot straight.

Worry and Hassel free. Called, got a call back response and they were on the job before I got there to pay them. I'm absolutely thankful and grateful for their services. It was like a 30 mile tow for 220 dollars. To deliver my car that had a recall for the motor free replacement. Very good.

I called up Revis towing requesting a quote to have a vehicle moved from a auto shop to a private residence. I was promised I would receive a call back. It never happened. They're quote was 20% higher than the competition and the customer service was sorely lacking. Unlike other reviewers, my vehicle wasn't impounded never to be seen again. My vehicle just needed to be moved. I even gave them the option of the time and day. Never heard back. Looking at the other reviews, I'm not surprised.

I had a tire blow out, and I am far from home on a Sunday at 3pm. I had no luck finding a tow company to come. I found a Tire Kingdom 15 miles away open until 5. The person who answered the phone was friendly and went out of his way to help me. The driver showed up very quickly. He was very nice and professional. The truck was very clean. The driver got me there in time. I would recommend Revis Towing without hesitation.

Scott was very helpful. Everything went smoothly, they worked with me since I didn't have the title to the car yet. One of the guys even took the tag off my car and brought me a garbage bag to put all our items in! Would highly recommend. They made a very difficult situation more bearable!

This company went above and beyond to help us get our truck that was stuck in a watery mud hole in the woods.
These guys could have given up after several hours and breaking their equipment but they didn't stop till the job was done. They are great people , great company,and after all they went through to help us the price was shockingly reasonable! If I could have afforded to give them more, I would have after all they went through! !!
