They were hired by my flooring company. They were on time, however they absolutely would not allow us to check the product while the driver was still there. We can't sign for thousands of dollars of product without knowing what's in the boxes we're signing for. It's very clear from the flooring company we check together or we have no claim. So he took them and left. Now we will incur costs of project delay, if we can even get the product... there's no clear contact information on R+L website, just a contact for to fill out....
So 5 days later after being in contact with R +L and the tile company both said I would be contacted to setup delivery, because we absolutely have to be there. They put it out for delivery this morning, as a BTW email and didn't ask if anyone would be home.

I shipped a pallet on 7/24. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days - which didn't happen. It took 3 phone calls and over 2 weeks to get any answers. I was told the pallet was destroyed and that I would have to file a claim. I was also invoiced $2400 more than what I was quoted. I followed up on my claim after a couple weeks and I was told they have 120 days to respond. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I still have not been paid.

I don't usually have good experiences with freight delivery but this time was different. The person who schedules the deliveries was pleasant and the driver who came out was very careful and even helped me get them off the pallet. I wish I could remember his name because he was so polite. I know it was a long drive to Sarasota, and probably the last thing he wanted to do on a late, hot Friday afternoon. But he did it with a smile and we appreciate it!

I am very impressed with this delivery. We were called by the company to set up a delivery time. The day of the delivery, Jeremy called to say that he was 15 minutes away. He promptly arrived within the promised time. We inspected the product to make sure it was not damaged, signed for the delivery and that was it! Very speedy process and highly recommend.

Spend a extra 300 bucks to have transmission ordered on a certain time frame just to showup when out of state and leave in driveway?. Then comes back saying they need to pick something up at 175 pounds 10 days past due date.

How about your company retrains the drivers on safety and how to speak to people politely. A handful of your driver's have ruined it for the good honest hard-working folks at your company. You have S.O.P standards and they should be followed to the letter.

If you cannot see the two back tires of the vehicle infront of you, YOU ARE TO CLOSE! How about you add that to your handbook, clearly it's not written, because there are several of your guys that are not following that rule.

I disagree with your statement of, "safety is our top priority." It may be so for your company, but not your driver's. I am on the same route your driver's are heading back to the main office on HWY 33. Guess what, safety is not their priority.

They claim to have world class service, however its anything but! They called to arrange a drop off with me, they gave me the ONLY window of opportunity they had, which was between 11 am and 3pm. I asked if they could call or text me when the driver was on the way. The response I got on that request " sometimes some of our drivers will call or text, but can't guarantee it". Since I have a busy schedule, I coordinated with someone to be onsite, having to pay that person $26 per hour for their time. So I called customer service at 2:45 and asked if the truck was on the way . They couldn't tell me, they said they think so but not totally sure. I reminded the service agent, while i was on hold for 12 min, i heard there message about how they provided "WORLD CLASS SERVICE". what a complete lie and total joke. Would not recommend using this shipping company. They think the world revolves around them and not the customer.
