The service from scheduling to repairing our heater was excellent. David N. was very thorough and respectful when explaining certain components of the unit, why it was malfunctioning, and what we could do going forward to prevent similar issues from occurring. We have had technicians in the past who were not very helpful in that regard. He was very knowledgeable and was in and out quickly while still completing the job. Instead of making us feel like we were the problem, we were part of the solution - a very refreshing experience.

On Nov 20, 2024, Mark C. of R. Buck did an excellent job repairing a pipe leak in our basement that was leaking onto our basement floor. He cut away the split pipe section, replaced it, and secured the patch perfectly. He then worked with me to test the system thoroughly, so we will have no recurrence.

Mark recommended a mitigation and restoration company to test for asbestos and mold, as well as to repair wall damage around the pipe. Finally, Mark also referred me to a person who could "jet out" heavy sludge buildup in the entire pipe from kitchen sink to basement. In other words, he didn't just do the job and leave. He offered exceptional advice and service as a professional, who represents R. Buck very well.

an excellent job of explaining every detail and also a detailed report. He also recommended some additional service we
could do on the boiler for future maintenance.

Tyler was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Great service tech on an existing furnace. This is my first experience since R Buck purchased Parker’s, but it looks like the quality has remained. Highly recommended Tyler and R Buck.
