Johanne (their bilingual accountant) has been our accountant for the last 5 years and I cannot fault her professionalism and work!! She has been amazing ? has always been happy to help and give advice whenever we have needed it. She is prompt in her responses and has gone above and beyond with her job when helping us adjust to life in Italy. She is polite and always friendly, even when swamped with work.

We are grateful to Johanne for all her work and continue to receive the best care and work from her. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great accountant! ?

I cannot speak for the entire firm, but I can speak with 3 years experience with their English 'book keeper' Joanna Jacks.
From the beginning our of relationship, she was condescending and elusive when it came to providing us with our tax returns for any given year. I asked repeatedly for copies of our returns and received nothing. On the day we ceased doing business with Joanna, she finally sent us our returns from last year.
She provides zero advisory services and there have been instances when she has been incorrect with what she has said. We are reviewing information on line now with our new accountant to assess if there are any issues on our returns.
Ironically, our returns were submitted to the tax authorities without our proxy. It was only after we found a new accountant that we informed we had to give him permission to act on hour behalf.
I strongly suggest that you look elsewhere if you are looking for someone to assist you with your Italian taxes.
