my life was ruined by Intercon
Incident number one I left my job as k9 to come to Intercon for there k9 dept during my hiring process they were gaslighting me telling I’d be a great fit etc they have position open an i was next in line well then I was told the position was fill
Incident number two I went through the process went to training graduate from peacemaker went to work for my first day got sent home for two months no pay due to a paperwork issue I lost my house an my car I’m homeless now at this point
Incident three they call me back to work I work for about a week then I was taken off the schedule because they said I resigned from training on 10-4-2024 crazy story my training was in August of 2024
I’ve been there for four months and only worked two weeks every time you call the human resources department, they said they’ll call you back and they never do

Just finished my training with Instructor Duncan and honestly I wish the training was longer. One of the best instructors I’ve ever had. Put concepts in ways for me to be able to understand and grasp quickly. Very knowledgeable and I learned more concepts in BBP, first aid CPR, defensive tactics, firearms, general and post orders of the contract I'll be working. Adds her own personal touch and makes it very enjoyable to come to training. Made me feel comfortable and confident to do my job on the contract. Look forward to training with her for any if my refresher courses.

You are not going to find a better instructor than Duncan. She is very professional and friendly. She understands all learning types to ensure that everyone that she is teaching understand and retains the information. Book work no problem Hands on no problem great learning eveniroment No problem. She takes her job serious on knowing what you need to know to continue to excel. I’m to the moon that with me entering into the SPO world that I was trained to feel confident enough to walk into any room with the knowledge I gained from Duncan and excel.

I HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH INTER-CON WITH MY INSTRUCTOR MS. DAVA DUNCAN. MS. DUNCAN IS VERY INTELLIGENT, WISE, FUNNY, KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HER FIELD. I'V BEEN A SPECIAL POLICE OFFICER (ARMED) FOR OVER 35+ YEARS, I SAID WHAT CAN SHE TEACH ME? I WAS ABSOLUTELY WRONG SHE SHOWED ME SOME UPDATES ON A LOT OF THINGS THAT HAS CHANGED OVER THE COURSE OF MANY YEARS. WHEN YOU APPLY TO INTER-CON EVERYONE THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY CURTIOUS, KIND AND FRIENDLY. ASK FOR MS. ANA OSORIO THE GREATEST AND MAKE SURE YOU BE IN MS. DAVA DUNCAN CLASS YOU WILL DEFINITELY ENJOY HER CLASS AND GET THE KNOWLEDGE YOU WILL NEED TO MOVE TO YOUR SITE.

I think it’s funny how ever since Inter-Con (which is the corporate company that bought Peacemaker) took over, they have ran this place into the ground. They’ve ignore Peacemaker, they don’t give them funding, they make promises they can’t keep and expect the employees to keep the place running by nothing short of a miracle. They don’t realize how hard working, and passionate their employees are because they are too busy making a dollar. This company has WITHHELD insurance benefits to long time employees and has GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY to sabotage and even go as far as to frame their employees so they can fire them. Inter-Con is a disgrace. And it’s a shame they ruined a beautiful place. I hope one day Peacemaker, the one that we all know and love can be restored to its beauty. But that won’t happen until Inter-Con either ships up or ships out. They aren’t even a local company, they are based and operated in California!!

I would give these people negative 5 stars if I could. Terrible, terrible company! I do NOT recommend. I won't waste another breath explaining what I went through in such a short period of time. DO NOT work for them unless you want to deal with unprofessional, discriminate, hypocritical, demonic snakes. If you bring nothing but realness, loyalty, enthusiasm and positivity to your job I warn you, DON'T WORK HERE! I wasted two hundred dollars on the DCJS, livescan & Airbnb for the firearm training in West Virginia... money that I won't be getting back. They did me a favor by letting me go during training & they won't be getting their uniform back from me! DON'T WORK FOR THEM THERE IS SOOOOO MUCH BETTER OUT THERE!!!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WORK OR EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING!!!! They are not professional at all. All they care about is making the client happy even if that means ignoring the employees feelings!!! They don’t care about nobody they employ! Supervisors are very messy, and talks down on the employees like they’re minions or dogs!!! DO NOT APPLY!! You’ll regret it
